I had cervical spondylosis and despite receiving a block injection at an orthopedic clinic, the severe pain persisted. I heard vitamin B12 could help neuralgia, so I bought it. Initially, my pain level dropped from 8/10 to 2/10 after starting it. After about a month, the pain has nearly vanished. I also shared two pills with a colleague who had frozen shoulder, and he experienced a reduction in his discomfort too.

The vitamins come in a plastic jar, which is a convenient size. The tablets are well protected with a film to be removed. After a week of taking these vitamins, my nervous tic and the pain in my left arm both disappeared, alongside improved sleep—this may not solely be down to the vitamins, but they certainly played a role. Moreover, as someone with allergies, I can confirm these vitamins did not trigger any reactions, hence I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

If you're experiencing numbness, you must give this a try! I dealt with pain from my neck to my shoulders for two years and attempted various treatments, but only found lasting relief after being prescribed B12. By the time I finished the bottle, my long-standing pain had vanished entirely. I think my progress at the orthopedic clinic helped, but without this, I wouldn't have fully recovered. I highly recommend it!

Excellent! My mother had back pain, but after a month of using vitamin B12, she is no longer in pain. Generally regarded as safe, adult daily intake of vitamin B12 is 2.4 micrograms, yet higher doses are considered safe and excess is passed through urine.

I had severe sciatica and strong numbness, so I bought it hoping for relief. Thanks to this, the numbness has disappeared! Although the pain subsided at first, it has returned, so I take it when it's unbearable. I struggled to walk for quite some time, wishing I'd discovered this supplement sooner!

I've forgotten about my back pain, particularly during physical exertion. Since starting this, I no longer have issues with it. It is a worthy alternative to injections! Previously, I received B12 injections and have been very pleased with the outcome! I wholeheartedly recommend it.
